GKC MLED Super Factory Grand Opening
Tongxiang, Zhejiang — May 28, 2025 — Amid the global wave of display technology innovation, a benchmark intelligent manufacturing facility embodying China's display industry upgrade mission officially commenced operations today. The GKC Group's MLED micro-LED display mass production base launch ceremony was held at the Tongxiang MLED Super Factory, gathering Tongxiang Municipal Party Secretary Wang Jian, Tongxiang Economic Development Zone Party Secretary Lan Yamin, GKC Group CEO Jin Li, along with global display industry chain partners and client representatives to witness this historic milestone reshaping the sector landscape.

The inauguration ceremony was hosted by GKC CEO Jin Li. Amid applause from attendees, Jin Li, Secretary Lan, and client representatives jointly unveiled the MLED Super Factory plaque.
With the red curtain descending, this 20,000-square-meter modern smart factory – representing an over 5 billion yuan investment – entered full-scale production.
As the world's first facility achieving end-to-end MLED micro-LED display technology integration, the plant boasts a monthly capacity of 8,000 square meters, covering chip packaging, driver IC bonding, module assembly, and other full-process capabilities. Its products will power cutting-edge applications in commercial displays, smart cockpits, and metaverse terminals.
In his address, Jin Li emphasized: "This facility transcends physical dimensions to become a global benchmark for intelligent display manufacturing. Through deep integration of smart material handling systems, AI visual inspection platforms, fully automated repair lines, burn-in testing systems, and MES-driven digital process control, we've achieved an industry-leading 99.9% yield rate, ensuring every delivered display exceeds standards." On-site demonstrations of freshly produced 136-inch and 163-inch COB all-in-one displays drew acclaim for their nanometer-level color consistency and 180° ultra-wide viewing angles, hailed as "redefining premium display quality benchmarks."

The event also witnessed GKC's launch of the flagship F2Pro series.
Featuring 16:9 golden ratio cabinet design and an industry-record 32.9mm thickness, this series innovatively supports COB/MIP/SMD triple-mode compatibility while integrating smart dynamic compensation, N+1 redundant backup, and three-in-one smart HUB technologies. Its foolproof design, comprehensive international certifications, and intelligent data system establish a robust operational framework.
