Materials start from high-standard design, relying on high-precision detection equipment, and the online duration of materials is precisely controlled to ensure "standards, detectability, and controllable use", laying a stable quality foundation from the source.
Method
Process and inspection build a quality closed loop
Establish standards for process construction methods and process CP control, and configure online inspection mechanisms such as AOI, SPI, and electrical measuring machines after each process. By leveraging the internal MES system of the manufacturing process and recording data through equipment scanning codes, a full traceability chain from raw materials to finished products is established to achieve rapid location of quality issues.

A clean environment contributes to quality upgrades
The clean workshops for the die bonding section at class 1,000 and the post-packaging section at class 10,000, combined with the strict environmental standards of constant temperature and humidity (22±2℃), provide the optimal production environment for high-quality output.
