In the SMD mounting process, Mr. He highlighted the working principles and operational techniques of high-precision mounting machines, as well as optimization of parameter settings to improve mounting accuracy and efficiency. He also shared best practices for reflow soldering and curing, including temperature profile settings and welding quality inspection standards, which are crucial for enhancing product quality.
Furthermore, he introduced the importance of assembly and functional testing, and how rigorous testing processes ensure product reliability and stability. He emphasized the critical role of quality control points in the production process and effective quality control measures to reduce defect rates and improve overall production efficiency.
